The Valley’s Janet Caperna Accuses Danny Booko of Sexual Assault
The Valley’s cast trip to Hawaii has taken a dark turn.
During the Tuesday, July 8, episode of the Bravo series — appropriately titled “The Cruise From Hell” — the celebrations surrounding Kristen Doute’s engagement to Luke Broderick went off the rails during what should have been a celebratory boat ride.
When Kristen, 42, and Janet Caperna had the opportunity to chat in an attempt to squash their feud, things got tense when the pair brought up Nia Sanchez and Danny Booko.
[Did I] attack Danny and Nia or I said out loud what Danny did what he did?” Janet, 35, claimed. “I said out loud, ‘Yes, he sexually assaulted Jasmine and Michelle.’”

The word choices quickly upset Kristen, leading her to walk away from the conversation and inform Danny, 41, and Nia, 35, of what was being said.
“Honestly, it’s absolutely terrible, and I don’t think anyone should be using those words unless it’s the person involved,” Nia said in a confessional. “Janet wasn’t there. It has nothing to do with her.”
Danny added, “How many times have I owned up for it? You can’t just keep bringing it up like that.”
During the April 29 episode of The Valley, Jason Caperna recalled a night when Danny allegedly had too much to drink and acted inappropriately with Jasmine Goode and Melissa Carelli.
“Not too long ago, Jasmine was in a situation where Danny was blackout drunk and was really inappropriate,” he claimed in a confessional interview. “Danny approached Jasmine, put his hand on her thigh and said, ‘Get daddy a drink,’ referring to himself as ‘daddy.’ And then when she went to go get ‘daddy’ and some other people a drink as well, he approached Jasmine’s girlfriend Melissa and grabbed her butt.”
Viewers also watched Danny deliver an apology to Jasmine, 38, and Melissa, 31, after he got drunk during the Halloween party.
“You were inappropriate with me and her,” Jasmine told Danny. “I was like, ‘This is weird.'”
Danny replied, “That was completely out of my character. I am so sorry.”
According to Kristen, using the words “sexual assault” was a “new low” for Janet.
“How dare she say those words about Danny,” the former Vanderpump Rules star said in Tuesday’s episode. “She’s crossed a f***ing line. It’s actual slander. It’s actual defamation. She’s attempting to ruin someone’s life that doesn’t deserve it.”
During the show, Janet doubled down on her claims and said having a husband as a lawyer allows her to understand legal terms.

“Unfortunately, for Danny, the definition of what he did is sexual assault,” she claimed. “I’m sorry that he did that but I’m not going to be painted as the bad guy for talking about something that happened. That’s bulls***.”
At the end of the night, however, Janet appeared to soften her tone when she told Danny and Nia, “I used the definition of what happened that night, and I’m sorry that I had to do that.”
